Golden Apple Competition

Golden Apple is an exciting new short video competition designed to promote critical thinking through classroom teaching practices. The competition is the first of its kind in Australia and is open to AUF member school teachers. Teachers will need to submit a short video of an engaging and entertaining segment of their lesson focused on ONE of the themes identified under the Australian values OR listed in the Pastoral Care Priorities.

Rules of the Competition

The segment of the lesson presented in the video should help students to develop systematic thinking through real life applications.

Golden Apple will award over $2000 in prizes! The producers of the best video will receive $1000. Second and third-placed entries will receive $500 and $300 respectively.  Winners will receive their prizes and certificates early term 4.

The length of the video is to be at least 5 minutes and no more than 15 minutes.
